Botanica Eastbridge Apartments will open this spring and include 118 rental homes at E. 29^th Drive and Geneva Court. The new apartments will be within a block of a neighborhood pool and park and a few minutes from the Fitzsimons Life Science District and Anschutz Medical Campus.

The complex will have one- and two-bedroom units in two- and three-story buildings.
