Rocky Mountain Chili Bowl Moves to Quebec Square!

You may have seen the Rocky Mountain Chili Bowl (RMCB) at Stapleton’s Farmers Market, at the community’s annual beer festival or every Wednesday on The Green.

Now, you can see the food truck business in Quebec Square.

Beginning Nov. 11, RMCB will be open in a restaurant location (7305 E. 35^thAve., Unit 130) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

“We do a lot in the Stapleton area, and we’ve had a lot of success doing that,” said co-owner Matt Robinette about the decision to open a permanent location in the community.

RMCB has everything you would want in a bowl – from breakfast ingredients to an open-faced hamburger – as well as sides such as rice and chips & guacamole.

“And then we’re offering a kid’s menu in addition to that,” Robinette said.

The restaurant’s build-a-bowl menu starts at $5.55, and RMCB also offers nine signature bowls or to-go options.
